Lead strategic oversight and profitable growth of MGA program partnerships, managing lifecycle from due diligence to remediation, governance, filings, P&L, analytics, and stakeholder coordination. Design and govern an enterprise cloud data platform and integration pipelines (primarily Snowflake). Define data models, medallion layers, and standards; build ELT/ETL pipelines, CDC/event-driven ingestion, data quality, metadata, and lineage. Partner with business stakeholders, mentor engineers, and provide architectural oversight to support analytics, reporting, and operational use cases.

The Associate Actuary analyzes insurance data, manages projects, improves actuarial methodologies, and mentors team members while ensuring communication and accuracy in their work.

Lead Duck Creek upgrades and cross-functional IT modernization projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, vendors, and releases. Establish project governance, change management, and Agile delivery practices. Coordinate UAT, release readiness, and post-release reviews. Serve as liaison between business units and Duck Creek Technologies, maintain upgrade calendars, and track cloud optimization backlogs. Prepare executive reporting, manage project finances and SOWs, and coach teams on delivery standards and continuous improvement.
