Own a large portfolio of startup and mid-market customers from onboarding through activation and recurring usage. Run scaled customer-success programs, manage front-line support, analyze usage and binding data, create playbooks and self-service resources, and translate customer feedback into prioritized product improvements. The role also improves CRM, ticketing, automation, dashboards, and cross-functional workflows to increase quote submissions, policy binds, and customer outcomes.

Execute end-to-end B2B GTM campaigns: creative outreach, conference execution, automation workflows, AI-assisted copy/enrichment, experiments, and data-driven optimization using HubSpot and other tools.

Lead and build the full sales organization, personally close mid-market and enterprise deals, establish playbooks, pipeline discipline, forecasting, hiring and comp plans, and partner with CEO, marketing, CS, and product to scale revenue toward $50M+ ARR.

Design and implement the core front-end web application including onboarding, authentication, and quote/bind/pay flows with complex dynamic forms. Build reusable UI libraries and components, drive UI/UX best practices, introduce AI-assisted tooling, perform code reviews, improve system quality and scalability, and collaborate cross-functionally across the stack.

Build and productionize LLM-powered agents, workflows, and RAG systems. Apply prompt engineering, embeddings, fine-tuning, and traditional ML to automate tasks and improve products. Mentor teammates and help design scalable, production-grade AI infrastructure while staying current on LLM advances.
