Build reusable UI libraries and components, drive UI/UX best practices, introduce AI-assisted tooling, perform code reviews, improve system quality and scalability, and collaborate cross-functionally across the stack.

Execute end-to-end B2B GTM campaigns: creative outreach, conference execution, automation workflows, AI-assisted copy/enrichment, experiments, and data-driven optimization using HubSpot and other tools.

Lead and build the full sales organization, personally close mid-market and enterprise deals, establish playbooks, pipeline discipline, forecasting, hiring and comp plans, and partner with CEO, marketing, CS, and product to scale revenue toward $50M+ ARR.
