Drives revenue growth across a Southwest territory by acquiring and managing commercial insurance agency partners, brokers, MGAs, and MGUs. Builds relationships, develops distribution strategies, meets premium and production goals, conducts prospecting and negotiations, tracks KPIs, analyzes markets and competitors, and represents the company at industry events. Manages and coaches a high-performing business development team while improving partner onboarding and engagement processes.

Manage emerging and newly onboarded insurance partners, fostering relationships, driving growth, and monitoring portfolio performance. Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and development teams to generate premium, support pipeline research, identify partner opportunities, and maintain CRM records. Represent the company in partner meetings, track KPIs, support onboarding and process improvements, strengthen brand presence, and assist with regional events and field activities.
