Oversee filings, licensing, consumer complaint responses, corporate governance, OFAC/AML screening, training, policy development, risk assessments, and regulatory change management. Partner cross-functionally to interpret regulations, support audits, and implement scalable compliance processes while incorporating AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency.

Manage a portfolio of emerging and low-volume partners to grow premium production. Support partner onboarding, pipeline research, multi-channel outreach, KPI tracking, CRM updates in HubSpot, and regional event/field efforts.
