Lead and manage regulatory compliance for a P&C commercial trucking MGA. Oversee filings, licensing, consumer complaint responses, corporate governance, OFAC/AML screening, training, policy development, risk assessments, and regulatory change management. Partner cross-functionally to interpret regulations, support audits, and implement scalable compliance processes while incorporating AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency.

Manage a portfolio of retail distribution partners across the Northeast to grow premium production, deepen partner engagement, prospect new relationships, track KPIs, and represent Cover Whale at meetings and events. Balance in-person field work (≈50% travel) with strategic account management and cross-functional collaboration to meet revenue goals.
