The Business Development Associate will support multi-channel strategies for increasing premium production, manage partner relationships, and drive engagement with emerging partners through insights and performance tracking.

Manage a portfolio of retail distribution partners across the Northeast to grow premium production, deepen partner engagement, prospect new relationships, track KPIs, and represent Cover Whale at meetings and events. Balance in-person field work (≈50% travel) with strategic account management and cross-functional collaboration to meet revenue goals.
