Collaborates across software, hardware, RF, GNC, and systems engineering teams while supporting field testing, customer demonstrations, live-fire events, and interoperability with Army and Space Force stakeholders.

Leads and grows the company’s German business, serving as its senior representative across Germany and Europe. Builds executive relationships with the Bundeswehr, German defense ministries, procurement organizations, NATO, and industry partners; supports contract negotiations, market strategy, capture efforts, partnerships, and customer engagement. Advises leadership on defense priorities and procurement trends while representing the company at government and industry events. Extensive German and European travel is required.

Lead the company’s U.S. export controls and global trade compliance program for defense technologies. Manage ITAR and EAR compliance, export licenses, TAAs, MLAs, registrations, reporting, audits, policies, training, and regulatory inquiries. Advise engineering, supply chain, legal, and business teams on controlled data, licensing, import compliance, customs, tariffs, and cross-border movement. Monitor regulatory changes and implement scalable compliance processes across domestic and international operations.
