Develop and deploy embedded flight software for tactical vehicles, modifying Pixhawk firmware in C/C++, optimizing navigation and computer vision on NVIDIA Jetson platforms, and conducting hardware-in-the-loop testing. Integrate sensors, radios, communication networks, and GNSS-denied systems; support live-fire range deployments and military exercises. Prepare technical documentation and brief government and military stakeholders. Requires extensive embedded defense experience, strong hardware-software integration skills, and an active U.S. Secret clearance.

Leads internal, external, executive, and corporate communications strategy for a defense technology company. Owns messaging, media relations, executive communications, thought leadership, crisis communications, employee communications, content development, brand consistency, and communications measurement. Builds relationships with media and stakeholders, supports the company’s transition out of stealth mode, and manages agencies, contractors, and future communications staff.

Own recruiting and talent operations for a rapidly scaling manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include high-volume hourly and salaried hiring, staffing agency management, onboarding, employee relations support, workforce planning, HR compliance, HRIS administration, workforce reporting, training, engagement, and process development. The role partners closely with site leaders, managers, payroll, benefits, and employees while supporting a hands-on production environment.
