Produces regulatory, financial, asset/liability, investment accounting, budget, and forecasting reports for a credit union. Supports accounting operations, implementation enhancements, back testing, third-party validations, and policy monitoring. Advises on credit union accounting matters, including funds management, allowance for loan losses, and investments. Requires strong analytical skills, accounting knowledge, accuracy under deadlines, and effective communication with internal stakeholders.

Provides professional member support through digital banking channels and Virtual Teller ATM services, including transactions, loan payments, account assistance, and financial guidance. Maintains knowledge of products and disclosures, identifies opportunities to strengthen member relationships, and contributes to reporting and special projects that improve the digital services experience. The role is fully onsite and requires sound judgment, organization, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Leads daily mortgage processing and servicing operations, provides direction to processing staff, improves workflows, ensures employee readiness, trains new hires, supports continuing education, and balances productivity, performance, accuracy, and member service goals.
