Executes assigned-shift security duties to protect guests, associates, and company property. Requires a high school diploma or GED, excellent communication skills, and preferably at least one year of law enforcement or gaming security experience.

Supervise daily stewarding operations, maintain sanitation and equipment in food production areas, manage storeroom orders and issuance of china/silver/glassware, ensure outlets have sufficient equipment, and enforce safety and sanitation standards.

Enforce company policies and supervise assigned table games operations to ensure game integrity and customer satisfaction. Oversee dealers, ensure compliance, and maintain organized, communicative floor operations.

Provide guest services for Coushatta Casino Resort including answering switchboard, directing calls, taking and delivering messages, wake-up/paging/Do Not Disturb services, informing VIP guests about policies and amenities, and resolving minor guest disputes to ensure satisfaction.
