Provide polished, high-touch reception and administrative support for the Executive Offices. Manage guest access, scheduling of five conference rooms, mail distribution, supply ordering, and coordination with Security, Facilities, IT, and Administrative Assistants. Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and smooth office operations for executives and visitors.

Wash and maintain china, glassware, silver and dishware; rotate among workstations and venues; monitor stock levels; clean and sanitize food prep areas and equipment; follow safety and organizational standards.

Provide excellent guest service by promoting the resort, answering switchboard calls, directing messages, handling paging/wake-up/Do Not Disturb services, informing VIP guests about policies and amenities, and resolving minor guest disputes.

Lead development, coordination, implementation and direction of all marketing department activities. Oversee marketing strategy, special projects and player development events, supervise staff, apply advanced marketing principles, and manage related administrative tasks with basic accounting and computer skills.

Ensure compliance with Title 31 (BSA/AML) requirements, supervise Compliance associates, handle hiring/training, assign and appraise work, and apply strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills to compliance activities.

Promote the Player's Club by assisting guests with membership enrollment, explaining membership benefits, and supporting guest relations. Maintain required certifications and permits and operate computers and card punch equipment.

Welcome guests, transport luggage safely and courteously to the front desk and guest rooms, explain room features and equipment, respond promptly to guest requests or complaints, and stay informed about hotel facilities and events to assist guests.
