Executes assigned-shift security duties to protect guests, associates, and company property. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and preferably at least one year of law enforcement or gaming security experience.

Performs general ledger accounting activities in accordance with established policies, procedures, and controls. Responsibilities include balance sheet account reconciliation, fixed asset accounting, financial analysis, and spreadsheet creation. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, computer literacy, and at least one year of general ledger accounting experience. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, three to five years of accounting experience, or an equivalent combination is required.

Cleans china, glassware, silverware, and dishware efficiently; maintains accurate stock awareness across dining venues; rotates among workstations; and ensures food preparation areas and equipment meet cleanliness standards.

Promote Player’s Club membership by assisting guests with enrollment and explaining membership benefits. Operate computers, printers, and card punch machines while maintaining strong communication and organizational standards. Obtain and maintain Title 31 certification and a Louisiana Responsible Vendor Permit.

Directs, administers, and coordinates all food and beverage stewarding operations to meet policy, profitability, and service objectives. Oversees staff, ensures sanitation and compliance, supports the Food & Beverage Director, manages scheduling and operational execution, and drives quality and cost-control initiatives.

Supervise daily stewarding operations, maintain sanitation and equipment in food production areas, manage storeroom orders and issuance of china/silver/glassware, ensure outlets have sufficient equipment, and enforce safety and sanitation standards.

Enforce company policies and supervise assigned table games operations to ensure game integrity and customer satisfaction. Oversee dealers, ensure compliance, and maintain organized, communicative floor operations.
