Provide administrative and guest services support to the IT Director, manage confidential communications, take accurate minutes for executive meetings, and perform computer-based administrative tasks to ensure division service and satisfaction.

Promote Player's Club membership by assisting guests through enrollment and explaining benefits. Operate computers, printers, and card punch machines. Maintain Title 31 certification and Louisiana Responsible Vendor Permit. Provide excellent communication and organizational support to drive Player's Club success.

Lead development, coordination, implementation and direction of all marketing department activities. Oversee marketing strategy, special projects and player development events, supervise staff, apply advanced marketing principles, and manage related administrative tasks with basic accounting and computer skills.
