Processes vendor invoices, matches invoices with purchase orders, obtains payment approvals, prepares checks and ACH payments, reconciles vendor statements, resolves discrepancies, maintains accurate accounts payable records, and supports month-end closing. The role also responds to vendor inquiries, monitors outstanding invoices, communicates with department managers, and follows accounting policies and internal controls.

Oversee internet sales activities across nine dealerships, manage online leads, improve response and conversion rates, coach sales consultants, monitor KPIs, maintain CRM records, coordinate inventory listings, support vehicle and financing inquiries, and help achieve dealership sales goals through customer service and effective sales management.

Sell vehicles through online and digital channels by responding to internet leads, communicating with prospects, scheduling appointments, presenting products, maintaining customer information, and meeting monthly sales quotas. The role requires automotive sales knowledge, consistent follow-up, strong communication, customer service, product knowledge, and collaboration with sales managers. Compensation is commission-based with uncapped earning potential.
