Manage end-to-end order-to-cash operations, including contract review, pricing validation, complex order processing, billing issue resolution, and data integrity. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to resolve escalations and contract disputes. Optimize workflows, generate operational reports, maintain compliance, and mentor junior associates.

Manage a global portfolio of complex, high-value accounts and drive end-to-end collections activity. Resolve overdue balances, disputes, billing, and contractual issues through customer and internal stakeholder engagement. Maintain collections forecasts, aging reports, and cash application records, while improving DSO and reducing bad debt exposure. Use Oracle and Tesorio to manage workflows and portfolio health, support month-end and quarter-end close, and handle senior-level sales and customer conversations.

Provides functional product expertise and subject matter guidance for Coupa’s Intake and Orchestration offerings during pre-sales engagements. Supports demonstrations, prospect meetings, sales enablement, product direction, demo content, webinars, and marketing collateral. Requires strong knowledge of business spend management, applications pre-sales experience in SaaS, excellent communication, mentoring ability, a bachelor’s degree, and up to 50% domestic travel.
