Responsibilities include gathering social information, assisting with benefits applications, developing and monitoring Individual Service Plans, coordinating meetings and supportive services, maintaining records, attending provider reviews, supporting community integration, responding to crises, and helping providers comply with waiver regulations.

Oversee countywide real property valuation and tax assessments, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and maintaining fair, accurate evaluations. Supervise assessment staff, establish policies and procedures, provide technical guidance on complex property tax matters, and respond to property owners and stakeholders. The role also requires reviewing staff work, explaining appraisal processes, and communicating effectively with the public and county personnel.
