Oversee daily gymnastics and ninja program operations, supervise and develop instructors, ensure participant safety and positive experiences, assist with curriculum and lesson planning, manage schedules and records, support hiring/onboarding, teach classes as needed, and coordinate special events and risk management practices.

Oversee daily operations of the YMCA competitive gymnastics program: plan and supervise practices, mentor coaches, ensure athlete safety and development, manage meet preparation and records, communicate with families, support recruitment/onboarding, and promote a positive team culture aligned with YMCA values.

Prepare, heat, and serve meals and snacks to children; wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness; follow health department and YMCA child protection policies; obtain meal counts and follow safety procedures; perform physical tasks including lifting and food handling.
