Hands-on B2B marketing leader responsible for unifying brand and messaging, translating a complex payment-integrity platform into buyer-focused value propositions, running digital marketing and SEO, enabling sales with polished collateral, executing persona-driven campaigns, owning events (6–10/year), managing marketing budget, and reporting KPIs to leadership.

Audit payer claims across multiple lines of business to identify and quantify improper payments, meet monthly dollars-identified goals, generate new audit concepts from data patterns, maintain high-quality defensible findings, and support timely client deliverables while contributing to team playbooks and knowledge.

Manage the operational recovery process: run client mailings, log inbound letters, reconcile invoices, field provider communications, coordinate appeals, and meet strict accuracy and SLA targets.

Lead and build the finance function for a $100M+ behavioral health platform: own monthly close and external audit, implement controls and accounting policies, build accounting/FP&A/revenue cycle teams, provide strategic partnership to CEO and sponsor, manage lender and board reporting, and prepare the organization for growth and capital events.

Support portfolio companies with strategy and operations projects, develop scalable toolkits and reporting, assist deal teams and boards, and build firm capabilities. Split time between portfolio value-creation and firm strategic projects, reporting to a partner.

Lead AI diligence for new investments, create portfolio-wide AI strategies, and personally drive hands-on AI initiatives. Ship internal AI tools, evaluate vendors, build governance (HIPAA-compliant), upskill operators, and produce playbooks to scale AI across healthcare portfolio companies.
