Leads U.S. entity finance for an aviation company, serving as a strategic advisor to leadership. Responsibilities include financial planning, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, compliance, tax and audit oversight, budgeting, month-end close, internal controls, payroll validation, regulatory filings, and team leadership. The role partners with operational and shared-services teams to improve margins, control costs, resolve financial issues, and support workforce planning.

Purchases materials and services, coordinates vendors and transportation providers, tracks shipments, maintains purchasing data in Corridor ERP, supports Aircraft on Ground events, and resolves procurement issues. The role also leads procurement projects, improves purchasing processes, ensures supply chain compliance, and facilitates information flow across departments.

Leads and performs aircraft structural maintenance, repairs, inspections, modifications, fabrication, corrosion repair, and documentation. Supervises structures personnel, plans labor and materials, coordinates with engineering and quality teams, interprets approved technical data, supports return-to-service signoffs, and communicates work-scope status and risks to leadership. Provides remote and field operational support, including troubleshooting and repair planning, while ensuring safe, compliant, cost-effective work during urgent operational requirements.

Manage full-cycle recruitment across assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding transitions. Partner with hiring managers, maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records, provide market insights, and improve recruitment processes, workflows, and timelines. Support employer branding, workforce planning, and broader talent-acquisition initiatives across an international aviation organization.

Provide strategic and day-to-day legal advice across corporate, commercial, employment, regulatory, and operational matters. Manage contracts, corporate governance, compliance across multiple jurisdictions, employment guidance, legal risk mitigation, litigation strategies, and external counsel. Support executives and business teams by translating complex legal issues into practical advice for a growing international aviation organization.

Processes high-volume accounts payable transactions across multiple entities and currencies, including invoice matching, coding, payment runs, expense reports, vendor reconciliations, and AP inquiries. Supports month-end close, accruals, subledger reconciliation, audits, internal controls, and discrepancy resolution while maintaining accurate vendor records and identifying process improvements.

Manage Coulson Aviation’s U.S. customs and export-control program for aircraft, parts, equipment, software, technical data, and materials. Responsibilities include export classifications, licensing, customs documentation, broker and government coordination, regulatory audits, compliance procedures, recordkeeping, invoice validation, risk assessment, and corrective actions. The role serves as an Empowered Official and subject-matter expert on U.S. and international trade requirements.
