Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customers to improve mature products, guide build decisions, validate features, and drive adoption. Serve as the portfolio’s technical evangelist while leading through technical depth and execution excellence rather than people management.

Serves as a technical pre-sales expert for Couchbase, guiding customers through discovery, solution design, demonstrations, workshops, proofs of concept, and pilots. Partners with sales, product management, and engineering to address customer challenges, communicate business value, develop technical collateral, and support account growth. The role requires software development experience, cloud and database expertise, strong presentation skills, and the ability to engage audiences from developers to C-suite executives.

Sell Couchbase NoSQL database products and services to enterprise customers. Drive new business, grow existing accounts, mentor junior reps, generate pipeline, coordinate pre-sales and partners, close deals, and provide accurate forecasts. Demonstrate platform knowledge across Cloud SaaS and on-prem environments.

Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end AI infrastructure capabilities across Couchbase products.
