Teams at Couchbase

Produce and maintain auditable SaaS ARR roll forwards and consumption models; analyze retention (NRR/GRR/cohorts); support bookings, revenue forecasts, pipeline and funnel analytics from Salesforce; track GTM unit economics (LTV/CAC, SaaS Magic Number); prepare board/PE sponsor reporting, AOP and rolling forecasts; deliver fast, precise ad hoc analyses for CFO and leadership.

Lead architecture for Couchbase's Capella Control Plane, focusing on scalability and reliability. Develop production-quality Golang code, mentor engineers, and integrate AI/ML processes into the platform.

Design and build the high-performance, highly scalable Couchbase key-value engine. Implement and optimize features in C++/C, collaborate on architecture and requirements, debug high-priority customer issues, and develop comprehensive unit/component/end-to-end tests. Work closely with product management and support to deliver reliable, production-quality systems focused on concurrency, networking, replication, caching, and distributed transactions.
