Senior individual contributor owning partner operations analytics and systems globally. Responsibilities include partner attribution methodology and data governance, SFDC and marketplace data integration, reporting and dashboards for PDMs and ELT, deal-registration and CSP co-sell operations, partner program operations, forecasting, scorecards, and compliance/audit for partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.

Drive technical pre-sales engagements by defining customer challenges, delivering demos, workshops and PoC support, and mapping solutions to Couchbase. Act as trusted technical advisor to developers, architects and executives, collaborate with sales, product and engineering, and produce technical collateral and architectures to ensure successful adoption.
