Provide friendly, customer-focused sales and register service in-store. Maintain merchandising, process transactions, execute store services (paint mixing, cutting), assist with shipments and stocking, protect company assets, follow safety and operational procedures, and support peer training and daily store priorities.

Provide friendly customer service, assist customers on the sales floor and at registers, process transactions and returns, execute merchandising and store operations, perform basic store services (paint mixing, cutting), maintain cleanliness and inventory, meet daily operational goals, and perform physical tasks including lifting and stocking.

Drive sales by servicing existing customers, establishing new accounts, meeting sales goals, resolving complaints, and collaborating with inside sales. Maintain product knowledge, monitor competition, and work flexible weekend schedules.
