Provide in-store customer service using company sales processes, assist customers locating and ordering merchandise, operate register, perform store services (paint mixing, glass/pipe/key cutting), maintain store cleanliness and stock, follow safety and loss-prevention procedures, and assist with receiving and training peers.

Provide customer-focused sales and register service: greet customers, answer questions, recommend products, process transactions and returns, perform sales-floor tasks (paint mixing, glass/pipe/key cutting), maintain merchandising and stock, follow operational priorities, assist training, and perform physical tasks including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Provide friendly, customer-focused assistance on the sales floor and at registers: greet customers, locate products, process transactions, perform store services (paint mixing, key/glass/pipe cutting), maintain stocking/merchandising, uphold safety and loss-prevention, and support daily store operations.
