Manages weekly and bi-weekly payroll for more than 1,000 employees while maintaining Paycom and HRIS data, records, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, reporting, and performance documentation. Supports recruiting through job postings, applicant screening, sourcing, interview coordination, and applicant tracking. Provides day-to-day HR guidance to employees and managers, assists with employee relations and field operations, and supports HR initiatives across multiple retail locations and states.

Provide friendly customer service, advise on product selection and usage, process transactions, maintain merchandise and inventory, support visual merchandising, resolve customer issues, and help achieve store sales goals.

Provide excellent customer service using company sales processes; assist customers locating merchandise, processing transactions, and performing register duties. Execute store services (mixing paint, cutting glass/pipe/keys), maintain merchandising, receive shipments, and uphold safety and loss-prevention standards. Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, stooping, and standing for long periods.
