Provides project, administrative, and transactional support for global sourcing activities. Identifies vendors, audits procurement execution, analyzes forecasts and quotes, maintains contract records, coordinates contract processes, monitors vendor performance, supports risk planning, and prepares stakeholder reports. The role collaborates with sourcing teams, suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders while helping manage supplier relationships and sourcing projects.

The EHS Engineer leads workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance initiatives. Responsibilities include inspections, audits, risk assessments, PPE evaluation, employee and supervisor training, incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, regulatory compliance, emergency response support, and EHS performance analysis. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance to reduce risks, improve equipment safety, implement controls, and strengthen the organization’s safety culture.

Provide front-office and operational support: answer calls, welcome customers, process and input purchase orders (DOCKLINK, Sage), manage supplies and inventory, maintain facilities and conference rooms, handle documents and reports, prepare training and event materials, operate printing equipment, and support team problem-solving to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

Night Watch performing unarmed security patrols and hourly greenhouse heater and climate monitoring across multiple zones. Perform basic heater troubleshooting, maintain overnight logs, clear snow/ice, and escalate emergencies to maintenance or management. Work a defined nightly shift (7:00 PM–6:00 AM) and drive on-site during overnight hours.

Lead optimization and implementation of manufacturing and supply-chain processes to improve productivity, efficiency, yields, costs, and sustainability. Develop process documentation, evaluate and purchase technology, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support shipping operations, perform risk assessments, and ensure projects meet schedule and budget while maintaining quality and compliance.

Perform FP&A analytics: gather and transform ERP data, build dashboards and KPIs (PowerBI/Tableau), support budgeting, monthly/quarterly reviews, CapEx reporting, and ad-hoc executive analysis to inform operational decisions.

Lead requirements gathering, translate business needs into functional requirements, support ERP configuration and integrations, develop test plans and lead UAT, troubleshoot systems, implement process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver IT solutions for Farm Operations.

Support Procurement with data-driven analysis of material pricing, mix optimization, inventory performance, and vendor metrics. Build dashboards and KPIs in Power BI, extract/transform ERP data, partner with cross-functional teams, and support budgeting, cost variance, and process improvement.
