Provide HR administrative support including onboarding, HRIS data entry, compliance tracking (I-9, W-2, 401k), payroll distribution and adjustments, attendance and workforce reporting, employee communications, event support, and assistance with unemployment claims and internal transfers.

Perform FP&A analytics: gather and transform ERP data, build dashboards and KPIs (PowerBI/Tableau), support budgeting, monthly/quarterly reviews, CapEx reporting, and ad-hoc executive analysis to inform operational decisions.

Manage daily propagation and young-plant operations: implement irrigation, fertigation, and chemical protocols; monitor and scout for pests, diseases, and nutritional issues; collect samples and maintain crop records; supervise and train team members; assist with IPM, trials, and operational efficiency. Work onsite in greenhouses and outdoors with variable hours including weekends and heavy physical tasks.

Process and verify supplier invoices, perform three-way matches, reconcile vendor statements, support month-end close and audits, ensure AP policy compliance and timely payments.
