Provide front-office and operational support: answer calls, welcome customers, process and input purchase orders (DOCKLINK, Sage), manage supplies and inventory, maintain facilities and conference rooms, handle documents and reports, prepare training and event materials, operate printing equipment, and support team problem-solving to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

Manage daily propagation and young-plant operations: implement irrigation, fertigation, and chemical protocols; monitor and scout for pests, diseases, and nutritional issues; collect samples and maintain crop records; supervise and train team members; assist with IPM, trials, and operational efficiency. Work onsite in greenhouses and outdoors with variable hours including weekends and heavy physical tasks.

Night Watch performing unarmed security patrols and hourly greenhouse heater and climate monitoring across multiple zones. Perform basic heater troubleshooting, maintain overnight logs, clear snow/ice, and escalate emergencies to maintenance or management. Work a defined nightly shift (7:00 PM–6:00 AM) and drive on-site during overnight hours.
