Grower Interns support horticulture teams by conducting plant trials, gathering crop data, documenting growing protocols, inspecting young plants, scouting for pests and diseases, monitoring moisture, tracking crop schedules, and assisting plant maintenance crews. The role is an immersive, in-person nine-week internship at the Leicester, North Carolina farm, with outdoor work and collaboration across growing teams.

Leads supply planning analytics and Integrated Business Planning reporting. Develops Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, automated exception reporting, scenario models, and predictive analytics. Governs KPI definitions, data quality, reporting standards, and data models while identifying supply, inventory, and planning risks. Partners with supply planning, operations, horticulture, sourcing, finance, and IT to support root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and data-driven planning decisions.

Paid engineering internship involving process improvement projects in a manufacturing facility. The intern will analyze production performance, improve efficiency using Toyota Production System, Lean Manufacturing, and DMAIC methods, and collaborate within project teams.
