Define architecture and integration strategies, guide implementation and testing, assess risks and vendor reliability, document designs and specifications, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, and ensure secure, scalable, compliant deployments.

Lead cross-functional workshops, elicit and document requirements, design AS-IS and TO-BE processes, define user stories and acceptance criteria, manage backlog in Azure DevOps, support implementation, testing, UX definition, and change management to ensure delivery of business solutions.
