Manage and support IT projects through planning, coordination, risk and change control, PPMO tooling maintenance (Power BI, Power Automate, Jira, SharePoint), governance compliance, reporting, coaching teams on Agile/Scrum, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

Design, implement, test, and maintain Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environments. Produce HLD/LLD and operational documentation, run POCs and labs, install and configure infrastructure, monitor systems, decommission replaced systems, coordinate teams, and report to management.
