Own customer-site robot deployments from setup and commissioning through maintenance. Partner with customers to translate operational needs into software and platform requirements, develop and deploy features, troubleshoot field issues, and maintain high robot uptime. Plan deployment milestones and roadmaps while coordinating delivery under ambitious timelines. Requires system-level robotics expertise, software and hardware integration experience, customer-facing product lifecycle ownership, and familiarity with robotic diagnostic tools.

Own electrical subsystems for an autonomous solar-panel installation system from concept through customer delivery. Responsibilities include designing high- and low-voltage systems, batteries, power electronics, embedded systems, PCBs, and harnesses; leading requirements, trade studies, testing, manufacturing, and integration; collaborating cross-functionally; managing vendors, milestones, and roadmaps; and mentoring and recruiting engineers.

Own mechanical subsystems from requirements and trade studies through design, structural analysis, manufacturing, integration, testing, and customer delivery. Collaborate across engineering disciplines and with suppliers to develop autonomous construction hardware. Set milestones and roadmaps, deliver on ambitious timelines, and recruit and mentor engineering talent.

The Robotics Software Engineer will design and implement software for robotic systems, perform testing, collaborate with team members, and maintain code quality, contributing to autonomous construction projects.
