Manages existing client accounts, processes sales orders, renews and negotiates contracts, reviews RFPs, supports customer relationships, coordinates client needs across departments, and meets sales, margin, budget, and timeline goals. The role also develops new client relationships, arranges prospect meetings, addresses pre-contract issues, and provides consultative customer service in the skincare manufacturing industry.

Analyzes financial data and business metrics to support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, capital planning, variance analysis, cost savings, financial modeling, acquisitions, and management decision-making. Prepares reports, business cases, and financial analyses for senior management and investors while supporting operational performance and strategic planning.

Drive customer acquisition through lead generation, cold calling, qualifying and converting prospects, managing pipeline in CRM/NetSuite, creating presentations, attending client meetings and trade shows, and meeting or exceeding sales quotas while collaborating with leadership.

Lead month-end close, maintain the general ledger, manage inventory and manufacturing accounting, own ERP/accounting system controls, support audits and financial reporting, partner with operations to analyze costs and drive process improvements, and provide technical guidance across the Finance team.
