Ensure GMP compliance and maintain the QMS/eQMS. Lead CAPA and deviation investigations, manage document control and SOPs, perform audits/inspections, review and track work orders and labels, send FG samples to lab, and drive continuous quality improvements in alignment with 21 CFR Parts 210/211.

Serve as front-desk contact and manage reception duties, mail/shipping, employee records, and office supplies. Support executive calendars, meetings, onboarding/badging, Paycom inquiries, vendor relations, events, administrative recordkeeping, and ad-hoc projects to maintain efficient office operations.

Drive customer acquisition through lead generation, cold calling, qualifying and converting prospects, managing pipeline in CRM/NetSuite, creating presentations, attending client meetings and trade shows, and meeting or exceeding sales quotas while collaborating with leadership.

Lead procurement for raw materials, components, packaging and capital equipment. Build supplier relationships and alternatives, manage inventory and vendor performance, drive supply chain initiatives, benchmark procurement results, and develop a high-performing procurement team to support growth and margin improvement.

Coordinate end-to-end new product introductions for cosmetic contract manufacturing: run kickoffs, maintain timelines, track milestones, lead cross-functional meetings, manage trials/pilot runs, ensure GMP/ISO/compliance, coordinate materials and documentation, and perform post-launch reviews to deliver product launches on time and within scope.

Lead month-end close, maintain the general ledger, manage inventory and manufacturing accounting, own ERP/accounting system controls, support audits and financial reporting, partner with operations to analyze costs and drive process improvements, and provide technical guidance across the Finance team.
