Supports corporate financing, debt portfolio management, capital planning, bond and private placement transactions, refinancing analysis, financial modeling, covenant compliance, credit rating agency reviews, and regulatory rate activities. Prepares debt schedules, forecasts, liquidity and credit analyses, lender reports, board presentations, and cost-of-service studies for electric and natural gas utilities. Monitors capital market conditions, financing documentation, regulatory requirements, and industry trends while supporting audits and finance leadership.

Provides on-site, remote, phone, email, and occasional deskside IT support. Resolves hardware, software, Windows, mobile device, account access, VPN, and basic network issues; manages incident and service-request tickets, assets, procurement, documentation, and vendor coordination. Supports security remediation, escalates complex issues, participates in projects, and provides after-hours or weekend coverage as needed.

Manage, troubleshoot, secure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems. Perform root cause analysis, monitor network performance, plan upgrades, support connectivity across LAN, WAN, CAN, and remote sites, and contribute to IT projects. Participate in after-hours on-call support and collaborate with IT teams to improve network reliability, scalability, and security.

Performs engineering calculations, material evaluations, field validations, technical documentation, equipment recommendations, cost estimates, and detailed drawings for utility distribution systems. Develops construction and functional specifications, maintains standards manuals and databases, supports complex projects, investigates stakeholder concerns, and coordinates testing and corrective actions. Works with internal and external stakeholders while complying with electrical, safety, and operating requirements in office and field environments.
