The Revenue Recovery Analyst 1 manages utility account collections, processes refunds, reconciles accounts, and assists with customer inquiries while complying with regulations.

Drive assigned routes to read and record gas meter data, identify irregularities (tampering, hazards, stuck meters), assist technicians, maintain accuracy, follow safety and information security policies, install and troubleshoot ERT modules, and complete required trainings.

Plan and design gas and electric distribution systems, produce 5-year construction work plans and 10-year load forecasts, perform system and fault analyses, size and locate infrastructure, coordinate projects with stakeholders, prepare cost estimates and regulatory-compliant documentation, and maintain system models and safety/compliance knowledge.

Support gas regulatory compliance and reporting by maintaining records, submitting damage reports, reconciling RRC penalties, preparing recovery evidence, validating invoices, tracking damages and gas loss, ensuring data integrity across systems, assisting audits, and coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to maintain audit readiness and regulatory defensibility.

Lead design, forecasting, modeling, and regulatory compliance for electric and natural gas cost-of-service studies, rates, and tariffs. Manage rate-design projects, prepare board presentations, support finance/treasury/accounting, monitor regulatory changes (PUCT, ERCOT, TXRRC), and participate in negotiations and testimony for regulatory proceedings.

The Leadership Development Specialist will design and implement training programs for leaders, collaborate with experts, and monitor training effectiveness while managing operational tasks.

The Engineering Technician 1 performs engineering calculations, develops specifications, conducts field validations, and provides technical support for utility distribution projects, ensuring compliance and efficient communication between stakeholders.
