The role focuses on cold calling, prospecting, researching, copywriting, opportunity qualification, and improving sales processes and tools for European customers.

Drive enterprise revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. Develop strategic sales plans, qualify leads, build relationships with decision-makers, conduct discovery, propose tailored solutions, and deliver product demonstrations. Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and executives throughout complex enterprise sales cycles. The role requires strong B2B software sales experience, technical communication skills, stakeholder management, and a proven record of high performance.

Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable backend systems and services. Improve performance, reliability, and deployments; operate production systems (incident response rotation); conduct code reviews; mentor engineers; collaborate with product, sales, and customers.

Own end-to-end data pipelines (ingest, dbt transformations, BigQuery warehousing) and consolidate the analytics stack into a single source of truth. Build and maintain dbt models with tests and documentation, establish data quality and observability, own product analytics and instrumentation, partner with GTM and marketing on reporting, and prepare for high-volume/streaming ingestion.
