Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable backend systems and services. Improve performance, reliability, and deployments; operate production systems (incident response rotation); conduct code reviews; mentor engineers; collaborate with product, sales, and customers.

Generate outbound pipeline, qualified meetings, and sales-qualified opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly quotas, forecast performance, improve BDR systems and processes, and collaborate with account executives and sales and marketing teams to create new business opportunities.

Own end-to-end data pipelines (ingest, dbt transformations, BigQuery warehousing) and consolidate the analytics stack into a single source of truth. Build and maintain dbt models with tests and documentation, establish data quality and observability, own product analytics and instrumentation, partner with GTM and marketing on reporting, and prepare for high-volume/streaming ingestion.
