Chief of Staff supporting the co-founder across growth, strategy, finance, and operations. The role will lead Cortea’s UK market entry, act as a founder proxy, manage high-impact strategic initiatives, and build scalable AI-enabled operating processes. Responsibilities include adapting hiring and go-to-market operations, improving workflows, developing pricing or funnel strategies, and strengthening UK operations. The position is based in London with frequent travel to Berlin and requires UK work authorization.

Translate ISA (UK) and international auditing standards into structured, testable logic and prompts for an AI-driven audit product. Shape product features with engineering, ensure documentation meets ISA (UK) 230 and ethics standards, and collaborate in Berlin for hands-on design, testing, and rollout.

Build and own end-to-end talent operations for a scaling AI startup: design roles and processes, source and assess Tech and non-Tech hires, run structured interviews and scorecards, build employer brand and referral loops, partner with founders on onboarding and culture.
