Support security engineering across MDR tooling and DNS security monitoring. Monitor alerts across AWS, Azure, and GCP; maintain playbooks, network diagrams, and engineering standards; run phishing simulations and analyze results; educate employees about social engineering; and research emerging threats. Develop and improve a trademark search engine using NLP, computer vision, transformers, LLMs, and VLMs. Responsibilities include building production APIs, scalable data pipelines, experimentation frameworks, and model monitoring and optimization. The role involves collaborating on multimodal tasks, fine-tuning pretrained models, researching neural architectures, and improving model performance. This is a nine-month fixed-term maternity cover contract, with part-time hours possible, based in Helsinki with hybrid work.

Own and build a new-business pipeline through high-volume outreach, lead discovery using Gap Selling and MEDDPICC, run demos and trials, close deals, and collaborate with SDR, marketing, and internal teams to shorten sales cycles and represent the company at industry events.

Lead a 3-5 person Product Infrastructure team to design and scale ingestion pipelines, migrate batch to real-time streaming, optimize PostgreSQL and Kubernetes-based infrastructure on AWS, integrate AI/ML into data workflows, and improve observability and incident automation using ClickHouse and Grafana while aligning technical roadmaps with product stakeholders.
