Own and build a new-business pipeline through high-volume outreach, lead discovery using Gap Selling and MEDDPICC, run demos and trials, close deals, and collaborate with SDR, marketing, and internal teams to shorten sales cycles and represent the company at industry events.

Lead and operate the Workday ecosystem: administer Workday, design and maintain integrations and automations, ensure data integrity and compliance, build reports/analytics, manage release/UAT, document systems, and lead a small technical People Systems team to improve employee experience and operational agility.

Lead a 3-5 person Product Infrastructure team to design and scale ingestion pipelines, migrate batch to real-time streaming, optimize PostgreSQL and Kubernetes-based infrastructure on AWS, integrate AI/ML into data workflows, and improve observability and incident automation using ClickHouse and Grafana while aligning technical roadmaps with product stakeholders.

Support investigations by creating and logging cases, capturing digital evidence, flagging high-value targets, compiling intelligence briefs, and coordinating regional test purchases. Focus on accurate data entry, organizing research, and tracking purchase requests for investigators.

Drive new business pipeline and close deals by prospecting, leading discovery using MEDDPICC/Gap Selling, managing trials, delivering demos, collaborating with SDR/Marketing, and representing the company at industry events.
