Develop and optimize machine learning models for computer vision and NLP applications, including reverse image search, image-text matching, object detection, and online content analysis. Build scalable image and text data pipelines, train deep learning models, monitor production performance, and improve AI solution accuracy. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and brand protection experts to support brand protection and online content monitoring products.

Support security engineering across MDR tooling and DNS security monitoring. Monitor alerts across AWS, Azure, and GCP; maintain playbooks, network diagrams, and engineering standards; run phishing simulations and analyze results; educate employees about social engineering; and research emerging threats. The role requires foundational networking, operating system, cloud, scripting, analytical, and communication skills.

Build and nurture enterprise customer relationships, educate users through webinars and workshops, increase product adoption, analyze usage data to identify risks and growth opportunities, and collaborate with Account Management and Product teams. The role also includes mentoring colleagues, synthesizing customer feedback, and helping shape product enhancements and roadmaps.
