Own a portfolio of B2B customers across onboarding, adoption, engagement, renewals, and expansion. Build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, monitor customer health, identify risks and opportunities, and translate feedback into product and sales insights. Partner with leadership to create scalable customer-success playbooks, processes, and operating rhythms while developing customer advocacy and expansion opportunities in an early-stage environment.

Own a portfolio of B2B customers across onboarding, adoption, engagement, renewal, and expansion. Build trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, monitor customer health, address risks, solve implementation challenges, and advocate for customer needs. Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive customer outcomes, share feedback, and improve the product experience in a fast-moving startup environment.

Own Corridor’s product positioning, narrative, messaging, competitive differentiation, customer insights, go-to-market strategy, and product launches for its AI security platform. Create website content, sales decks, case studies, and other customer-facing materials while partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership. Engage customers, test messaging and demand-generation experiments, and identify unmet needs and high-value use cases.

Lead the technical aspects of B2B cybersecurity sales, including discovery, demonstrations, architecture discussions, and Proof-of-Value engagements. Integrate Corridor with customer development and security environments, address technical objections, support deployments, and communicate with engineers, security leaders, and executives. Improve sales engineering processes, collateral, and evaluation methods while sharing customer and competitive insights with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.

Own a scoped product area end to end, from customer discovery and problem framing through prototyping, rollout, experimentation, and measurement. Translate technical problems into clear product specifications, work closely with security engineers, platform teams, developers, and engineering, and establish an operating cadence for priorities, tradeoffs, dependencies, ownership, and progress. Use AI tools to accelerate product development and help deliver customer value quickly.

Build and own Corridor's GTM systems and pipeline: integrate CRM and tooling, run data-driven growth experiments, generate and scale pipeline, fix funnel bottlenecks, bootstrap RevOps, and partner across Sales, Marketing, Product and leadership to increase revenue velocity.

Own corporate IT operations and security: onboarding/offboarding, device and endpoint management, identity and access, networking, SaaS administration, vulnerability management, incident response, and GRC/compliance programs while scaling processes and tooling.

Build and ship core product and platform systems: design scalable backend and distributed systems, productionize AI (LLMs, coding agents, reasoning models), work across the stack, engage with customers to inform product, shape architecture and engineering practices, and move quickly to deliver production software.

Build and maintain full-stack systems using TypeScript, React, and Express; manage infrastructure with Terraform, AWS, Docker, and ECS/Kubernetes; integrate and productionize AI systems (LLMs and agents), including fine-tuning, prompting, and building evals/benchmarks to validate generated code.

Lead Corridor’s visual and product design from 0→1: define brand identity and design language, build UI/UX, run customer interviews, translate insights into intuitive product experiences, collaborate cross-functionally, and ship iteratively.

Run full sales cycles and close deals with engineering and security buyers. Manage high-value accounts, partner with marketing and customer success, refine ICP and sales processes, and provide market feedback to shape product and messaging.

Develop and productionize AI systems for code understanding, vulnerability detection, and agentic security tools. Implement research end-to-end, build evaluation and training infrastructure, run experiments and benchmarks, and integrate AI capabilities into the Corridor platform while collaborating with product and engineering.
