Own corporate IT operations and security: onboarding/offboarding, device and endpoint management, identity and access, networking, SaaS administration, vulnerability management, incident response, and GRC/compliance programs while scaling processes and tooling.

Provides technical customer support by troubleshooting GitHub repositories, CI/CD pipelines, integrations, logs, code, and configurations. Owns support tickets through resolution, assists with onboarding and implementation, identifies recurring issues, creates documentation and internal tooling, and partners with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Sales to improve customer outcomes and product reliability.

Build and maintain full-stack systems using TypeScript, React, and Express; manage infrastructure with Terraform, AWS, Docker, and ECS/Kubernetes; integrate and productionize AI systems (LLMs and agents), including fine-tuning, prompting, and building evals/benchmarks to validate generated code.
