Support live remote Supply Chain Analyst training by answering learner questions, facilitating breakout rooms, hosting office hours, grading assignments within seven days, creating video walkthroughs, and submitting weekly program feedback. Participate in onboarding and staff meetings, monitor Pumble channels, and assist the Lead Instructor when needed to ensure learners progress and program quality.

Own strategic enterprise client relationships from account strategy through delivery, renewal, and expansion. Develop repeatable account-management practices, track client health and business-impact metrics, and partner with Sales and Growth leadership on commercial strategy, renewals, and expansion.

Design and develop online enterprise training programs focused on data and AI. Create slides, instructor guides, activities, workbooks, assessments, and reusable learning assets; customize curricula for clients; review and improve materials using learner and instructor feedback. Track timelines, resources, KPIs, and program performance while standardizing scalable workflows and delivering high-quality learning experiences within deadlines and budgets.

Supports the launch and operation of online training programs, including application management, admissions monitoring, learner support, live class facilitation, stakeholder coordination, and program troubleshooting. Analyzes program data to identify actionable insights, assists with instructional staff and client communications, and contributes to product testing and growth initiatives. The role is remote in the MENA region, aligned with East Coast hours, and requires occasional Saturday work with compensatory time off.

Lead live online classes on data center technology for approximately 100 adult learners. Prepare and deliver lessons, answer questions, monitor participation, adapt explanations to varied experience levels, and foster an inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with program staff on scheduling, curriculum and material improvements, document feedback, and support smooth program delivery. The role requires data center or comparable infrastructure experience, technical team leadership, strong Japanese instruction skills, and English communication with internal staff.

Build and ship features and services within the team's architecture, migrate prototypes to production-grade cloud services, write and review code and documentation, participate in code reviews and testing, and collaborate across the remote team to deliver high-quality work.
