Work directly with co-CEOs to scope and execute ambiguous priorities end-to-end, build staffing and capacity models, produce memos and analyses, use AI to improve productivity, and provide fast synchronous context transfer. Operate independently across detailed execution and senior stakeholder interactions without direct people management responsibility.

Own strategic enterprise client relationships to translate AI and data workforce development into measurable business impact. Build account plans, manage renewals and expansion, orchestrate cross-functional teams, anticipate and mitigate risks, lead executive business reviews, track client health metrics, and drive adoption and commercial growth.

Sell Correlation One’s enterprise workforce training solutions to large organizations. Own the full sales cycle, build and manage a pipeline, engage C-level and cross-functional stakeholders, develop proposals and pricing, negotiate contracts, and close seven-figure deals. Use AI-enabled tools and analytics to target accounts, forecast, and drive revenue while collaborating with marketing, product, operations, and customer success.

Manage preparation, launch, and delivery of live online training programs (12-20 weeks). Oversee admissions, instructor hiring, learner support, cross-functional coordination, small team leadership, client communication, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support ~25–30 learners in a virtual ML/data program by answering questions, facilitating breakout rooms, holding office hours, grading submissions, monitoring Slack, reviewing materials, and providing constructive feedback. Provide bilingual (German/English) technical support focused on data annotation, labeling QA, and generative AI concepts. Participate in onboarding, weekly staff meetings, and submit program improvement write-ups.

Support live remote Supply Chain Analyst training by answering learner questions, facilitating breakout rooms, hosting office hours, grading assignments within seven days, creating video walkthroughs, and submitting weekly program feedback. Participate in onboarding and staff meetings, monitor Pumble channels, and assist the Lead Instructor when needed to ensure learners progress and program quality.

Design, build, and operate analytics-ready data systems and production data pipelines. Integrate external APIs, run batch ELT into data warehouses, model data for reporting, implement orchestration (Airflow) and transformations (dbt), ensure monitoring and incident response, mentor engineers, and collaborate closely with analytics stakeholders to improve platform scalability, quality, and documentation.

Build and ship features and services within the team's architecture, migrate prototypes to production-grade cloud services, write and review code and documentation, participate in code reviews and testing, and collaborate across the remote team to deliver high-quality work.

Full-cycle, high-volume recruiter responsible for sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and onboarding contractor educators and coaches. Manage candidate pipelines, provide white-glove candidate experience, use ATS and Worksuite for offers/hire tracking, and maintain relationships with Expert Network members to keep them engaged.
