Design, build, and operate reliable, analytics-ready data pipelines and platform components. Partner with analytics stakeholders, ensure production data quality, monitor and debug systems, mentor engineers, and drive technical strategy and documentation to improve scalability and operational excellence.

Lead live online classes on data center technology for approximately 100 adult learners. Prepare and deliver lessons, answer questions, monitor participation, adapt explanations to varied experience levels, and foster an inclusive learning environment. Collaborate with program staff on scheduling, curriculum and material improvements, document feedback, and support smooth program delivery. The role requires data center or comparable infrastructure experience, technical team leadership, strong Japanese instruction skills, and English communication with internal staff.

Supports approximately 30 adult learners in an online data center technology program. Responsibilities include answering questions in Slack within 24 hours, facilitating breakout discussions, assisting instructors with technical issues, holding weekly Google Meet office hours, reviewing and grading assignments, preparing learning materials, submitting weekly learner reports, and attending staff meetings. The role requires Japanese and English communication, CDCP certification, data center experience, mandatory pre-program training, and full remote availability during Japan Standard Time sessions.

Build and ship features and services within the team's architecture, migrate prototypes to production-grade cloud services, write and review code and documentation, participate in code reviews and testing, and collaborate across the remote team to deliver high-quality work.

Design, build, and operate analytics-ready data systems and production data pipelines. Integrate external APIs, run batch ELT into data warehouses, model data for reporting, implement orchestration (Airflow) and transformations (dbt), ensure monitoring and incident response, mentor engineers, and collaborate closely with analytics stakeholders to improve platform scalability, quality, and documentation.

Support live remote Supply Chain Analyst training by answering learner questions, facilitating breakout rooms, hosting office hours, grading assignments within seven days, creating video walkthroughs, and submitting weekly program feedback. Participate in onboarding and staff meetings, monitor Pumble channels, and assist the Lead Instructor when needed to ensure learners progress and program quality.

Design and manage AI and data training programs (synchronous and asynchronous), create learning objectives, course materials, instructor guides, track project progress, collaborate with stakeholders, and recommend delivery methods to ensure measurable learner and client outcomes.

Own strategic enterprise client relationships to translate AI and data workforce development into measurable business impact. Build account plans, manage renewals and expansion, orchestrate cross-functional teams, anticipate and mitigate risks, lead executive business reviews, track client health metrics, and drive adoption and commercial growth.

Manage day-to-day enterprise client relationships to ensure successful delivery of AI and data workforce programs. Track milestones, flag risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, support business reviews, document account activity, and identify renewal and expansion opportunities to grow the partnership.

Manage preparation, launch, and delivery of live online training programs (12-20 weeks). Oversee admissions, instructor hiring, learner support, cross-functional coordination, small team leadership, client communication, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
