Supports the Human-Centered Design team with qualitative research, interviews, workshops, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, documentation, data synthesis, and design activities. The intern helps prepare training materials, organize logistics, maintain knowledge resources, develop research outputs, capture lessons learned, and participate in team learning while building practical skills in HCD, prototyping, ideation, and community-centered design.

Leads CorpsAfrica’s fundraising strategy and execution across grants, major gifts, corporate partnerships, events, campaigns, and donor stewardship. Manages development staff and consultants, establishes fundraising systems and KPIs, oversees Salesforce data and pipeline management, supports CEO and Board fundraising, and collaborates with African philanthropy, programs, finance, and communications teams. The role drives organizational fundraising growth, team accountability, donor engagement, forecasting, and operational infrastructure.
