Own CorpsAfrica’s organization-wide safeguarding strategy, policies, risk assessments, training, incident response, reporting, and compliance across 11 African countries. Supervise distributed Safeguarding Officers, oversee survivor-centered case management and referral pathways, administer pre-employment safeguarding screening, lead due diligence for partners and country offices, manage the safeguarding budget, and report to the Board, funders, and relevant stakeholders. The role requires 30–40% regional travel and strong cross-cultural communication.

Executive second-in-command responsible for leading CorpsAfrica’s Leadership Team and internal operations across 11 African countries. Translates strategy into annual plans, drives organizational performance, oversees finance, programs, HR, IT, risk, compliance, and safety, and develops senior leaders. Acts for the CEO when needed, leads crisis response and duty-of-care planning, strengthens systems and accountability, and supports the organization’s transition toward African-led growth.

Leads Morocco’s CorpsAfrica training program, facilitating human-centered design and asset-based community development training. Responsibilities include organizing training logistics, budgets, records, staff and facilitator coordination, homestay and community engagement, and communication with development partners. The role requires strong youth-training experience, Arabic and English fluency, computer proficiency, adaptability, organization, and a commitment to participatory community development.
