Leads safeguarding, protection, safety, and security frameworks for CorpsAfrica Uganda. Responsibilities include risk assessments, policy and protocol development, incident reporting, confidential case management, referral coordination, staff and volunteer training, emergency preparedness, security monitoring, crisis response, donor and government compliance, and collaboration with authorities and internal departments. The role also supports organizational learning, reporting, and continuous improvement across office and field operations.

The Communications Officer will lead external, digital, internal, and outreach communications for CorpsAfrica Uganda. Responsibilities include writing and editing stories and organizational materials, managing websites and social media, engaging media, creating campaigns and visual content, documenting field projects through photography and videography, supporting events and recruitment, and training staff and Volunteers in communications. The role requires regular travel to communities and collaboration with country and global teams.

Supports daily office operations by maintaining a clean, safe, organized workplace; managing refreshments, supplies, waste, and inventory; providing filing, photocopying, reception, document delivery, meeting, hospitality, and basic administrative assistance; and reporting maintenance, safety, or security issues. The role also supports procurement requests, staff welfare activities, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational policies.
