The efficient tool automates matching between clients and support staff, he said. In the team’s efforts to reimagine customer service, they must keep their eyes on the “ball”: customer data. “We now need to know why certain things happen,” Guthrie said. “This shapes our technology by pushing us to focus on observability.”
