Provide hands-on IT support for airport stations, hangars, and offices: troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, deploy and maintain Microsoft 365/Azure AD endpoints, support aviation systems and VOIP, manage accounts/onboarding, assist with automation/API integrations and AI tools, document tickets and KB articles, and provide on-call/after-hours operational support.

Operate CRJ200 aircraft under Part 135 regulations as a First Officer, prioritizing safety, performing preflight planning, flight duties, passenger service, and aircraft readiness while following company policies, drug testing, and reporting requirements.

Lead strategic initiatives by analyzing flight operations, maintenance, dispatch, and crew data to identify efficiency improvements. Monitor KPIs, perform root cause analysis, drive process improvements, collaborate cross-functionally, and prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to inform operational strategy.

Operate as First Officer on Citation XL/XLS in Part 135 on-demand operations, prioritizing safety, flight planning, aircraft preparation, passenger service, and regulatory compliance. Maintain company standards, pass required medical/drug/background checks, and meet specified flight-time and certification minimums.

Oversee operational control, crew scheduling, and regulatory compliance for flights. Manage SOC staffing, training, payroll, crew assignments, travel logistics, and ensure adherence to FAA rest/duty rules and company policies.

Lead Contour's commercial strategy across network planning, scheduling, and revenue management. Identify route opportunities, optimize schedules and capacity, set pricing and inventory controls, develop forecasts, support fleet and long-term planning, and manage community and airport relationships.

Lead FP&A functions including annual budgeting, long-range planning, dynamic financial modeling, performance analysis, KPI tracking, executive reporting, FP&A process automation, M&A and scenario modeling, and manage a small team of financial analysts to support strategic growth and operational excellence.

Support flight crew and operational control of flights by conducting preflight planning, fuel and weather analysis, pilot briefings, flight monitoring, rerouting/diversions, negotiating ATC routes/delay reductions, and coordinating with maintenance and stations to ensure safe, regulatory-compliant operations.

Operate Embraer ERJ 135/145 aircraft under Part 135 regulations, prioritize safety, perform preflight planning and flight duties, provide customer service, maintain aircraft readiness and professional appearance, comply with company policies and drug/alcohol testing, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Provide executive HR leadership to align people strategy with company goals. Oversee recruiting, training, HR operations, compliance (employment law, DOT/FAA, workers' comp), compensation and benefits programs, performance management, HR budgeting, and talent metrics. Partner with executive team to drive organizational design, culture, and high-performance practices.

Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for crewmembers, management, and training personnel. Maintain itineraries and records, liaise with scheduling and operational teams, secure cost-effective bookings, assist during irregular operations, manage vendor relationships, ensure policy compliance, and support expense reporting.
