Provide administrative support for the Charter Sales Department including high-volume phone handling, scheduling, data entry, billing, travel arrangements, customer preference database maintenance, supply inventory, flight follow coordination, metrics compilation, and relationship building with customers and industry personnel. Support fast-paced operations and ensure trip details and regulatory compliance are maintained.
