Lead development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, cross-sell and retention across insurance and mortgage products. Manage digital campaigns, agencies, budgets, measurement frameworks, customer content, and a small team to optimise performance and deliver commercial targets.

Provide administrative support to the Pensions and Investment team by processing new business applications, issuing life new business, performing data entry and document preparation, handling client and third-party queries, meeting SLAs and team targets, escalating complex cases, and complying with regulatory and risk control requirements.
