Provides administrative and operational support for fundraising, including processing monetary and in-kind gifts, maintaining donor records in Raiser's Edge NXT, preparing acknowledgments and reports, reconciling gifts, and supporting mailings, campaigns, events, and seasonal drives. Coordinates with donors, volunteers, Finance, and development staff while maintaining accurate records, tracking supplies, assisting with logistics, and handling confidential information.

Provide trauma-informed, Housing First case management to rapidly house individuals and families. Conduct assessments, develop and monitor individualized housing and service plans, coordinate community referrals, manage rapid-rehousing funds and HMIS records, perform home visits and inspections, liaise with landlords, support income and stability goals, and meet program outcomes and contractual obligations.

Coordinates employment services for homeless-services participants, including intakes, skills assessments, workforce-readiness workshops, resume and job-search support, employment counseling, job placement, and follow-up. Manages the Operation Stream Shield program, including transportation, worksite supervision, volunteer coordination, employer networking, case documentation, and collaboration with housing and outreach teams. Requires trauma-informed, strengths-based service delivery, strong organization, and a valid driver’s license.

Lead cross-functional teams to advance equitable systems change through community organizing, resident leadership, collective impact, partnership building, strategic planning, data-driven evaluation, communications, and resource development across affordable housing sites in Reston and Herndon.
