Lead strategy and execution for individual giving, major and legacy gifts, and annual campaigns. Cultivate and steward donor relationships, manage donor data and reporting, collaborate with communications and program teams, and lead development staff to grow a diversified, sustainable donor base.

Provide trauma-informed, Housing First case management to rapidly house individuals and families. Conduct assessments, develop and monitor individualized housing and service plans, coordinate community referrals, manage rapid-rehousing funds and HMIS records, perform home visits and inspections, liaise with landlords, support income and stability goals, and meet program outcomes and contractual obligations.

Assist development and implementation of a manager training program funded by a grant: source speakers and materials, handle communications, logistics, scheduling, room/food setup, participant management, evaluations, and required grant reporting and documentation.
