The HR Assistant supports the HR department by managing administrative tasks, recruitment support, onboarding new employees, maintaining records, and assisting with performance evaluations.

The Senior Developer will design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions, collaborating with teams to improve financial reporting and analytics using various technologies, including Power BI and SQL.

Manage day-to-day desktop support across multiple offices, lead internal staff and external FrontLine service-desk, enforce SLAs and zero-downtime standards, oversee hardware lifecycle and procurement, manage rollouts, office moves and IT logistics, troubleshoot collaboration/AV and end-user issues, monitor metrics, and support firm events requiring IT services.

Lead design and execution of leadership development programs, competency frameworks, and 360-degree assessment initiatives. Manage IDP toolkits, career development processes, external coaching coordination, and operations for advisor-related roles. Analyze and refine development initiatives, support performance management, and deliver scalable learning solutions across in-person, virtual, and online formats.

The Cloud Architect will design and optimize the company's multi-cloud infrastructure, oversee cloud strategy, ensure security and compliance, and mentor teams.

This role involves managing the EA team, overseeing daily operations including invoicing, training staff, and ensuring effective executive support in a law firm environment.

Provide complex domestic and international business and legal research using specialized databases; evaluate and compile reliable sources; support consultants and practice-area business development; train staff on resources; recommend and manage acquisitions; maintain and expand departmental research knowledge and tools.

Lead development of the firm's annual operational budget and long-range plans; build multi-year financial and cash flow models; produce monthly/YTD reporting and variance analysis; implement scalable FP&A processes and systems; support audits and business partners with financial insights and ROI assessments.
