Design and develop learner-centered, performance-based multimedia learning solutions (e-learning, instructor-led, virtual classrooms, performance support). Lead and manage project staffing and professional development for the office. Coordinate with case managers, staffing teams, and other offices to match skills to project needs, anticipate staffing challenges, communicate decisions, improve processes, and mentor junior staff to support firm-wide talent development and case delivery.

Lead development of the firm's annual operational budget and long-range plans; build multi-year financial and cash flow models; produce monthly/YTD reporting and variance analysis; implement scalable FP&A processes and systems; support audits and business partners with financial insights and ROI assessments.

Provide complex domestic and international business and legal research for consultants, evaluate and compile authoritative sources, maintain and develop library resources, train staff on databases, support practice-area business development research (dockets, expert and literature searches), and recommend acquisitions for the information resources collection.

Coordinate logistics for learning programs (onboarding, cohorts, on-site events), manage LMS and performance/360 systems, maintain training rosters and SharePoint, run reports/analysis, handle vendor invoices/expenses, and provide administrative and participant support for Talent initiatives.
