Provides administrative support to 5+ executives, including calendar and travel management, expense reporting, billing assistance, meeting and event coordination, correspondence, document organization, conflict checks, and engagement letters. The role also supports business development materials, reviews junior staff work, leads administrative training, manages confidential information, and coordinates special projects while maintaining high standards of organization, discretion, communication, and client service.

Lead and manage project staffing and professional development for the office. Coordinate with case managers, staffing teams, and other offices to match skills to project needs, anticipate staffing challenges, communicate decisions, improve processes, and mentor junior staff to support firm-wide talent development and case delivery.

Provide complex domestic and international business and legal research for consultants, evaluate and compile authoritative sources, maintain and develop library resources, train staff on databases, support practice-area business development research (dockets, expert and literature searches), and recommend acquisitions for the information resources collection.

The Senior Developer will design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions, collaborating with teams to improve financial reporting and analytics using various technologies, including Power BI and SQL.

Design and develop learner-centered, performance-based multimedia learning solutions (e-learning, instructor-led, virtual classrooms, performance support). Create interactive digital assets (graphics, animation, video, narrated presentations), manage scope/timelines/budgets, collaborate with SMEs and program managers, measure program effectiveness, and recommend instructional technology and best practices to improve consultant performance.
