Provide complex domestic and international business and legal research using specialized databases; evaluate and compile reliable sources; support consultants and practice-area business development; train staff on resources; recommend and manage acquisitions; maintain and expand departmental research knowledge and tools.

Lead and manage project staffing and professional development for the office. Coordinate with case managers, staffing teams, and other offices to match skills to project needs, anticipate staffing challenges, communicate decisions, improve processes, and mentor junior staff to support firm-wide talent development and case delivery.

Lead development of the firm's annual operational budget and long-range plans; build multi-year financial and cash flow models; produce monthly/YTD reporting and variance analysis; implement scalable FP&A processes and systems; support audits and business partners with financial insights and ROI assessments.
