Lead and manage project staffing and professional development for the office. Coordinate with case managers, staffing teams, and other offices to match skills to project needs, anticipate staffing challenges, communicate decisions, improve processes, and mentor junior staff to support firm-wide talent development and case delivery.

Provide day-to-day coordination for Talent Acquisition with emphasis on campus and lateral hiring. Manage high-volume interview scheduling, candidate communications, ATS administration, recruiting reports, event and travel coordination, onboarding support, and ad-hoc talent projects while supporting early-career initiatives.

Coordinate logistics for learning programs (onboarding, cohorts, on-site events), manage LMS and performance/360 systems, maintain training rosters and SharePoint, run reports/analysis, handle vendor invoices/expenses, and provide administrative and participant support for Talent initiatives.
