Leads business development strategy across Finance practices, prioritizing opportunities, developing marketing and client plans, managing budgets, evaluating revenue opportunities, and coordinating thought leadership and events. Builds relationships with clients, law firms, vendors, and experts; prepares strategic materials and recommendations; manages the Client and Expert Feedback Program; and mentors a Business Development Specialist.

The Receptionist greets visitors, answers calls, maintains office security, coordinates conference rooms and catering, processes mail and packages, manages reservations, supports invoicing and purchasing, maintains records and directories, and provides general administrative and facilities support. The role also handles office opening and closing procedures, equipment and supply management, safety support, errands, deliveries, and confidential document handling.

Leads the firm's compliance and data privacy strategy, including policy development, regulatory monitoring, training, risk awareness, and expert disclosure compliance. Partners with Legal, HR, IT, leadership, case teams, and outside counsel to manage privacy, compliance, contractual, and reputational risks. Oversees disclosure reviews, conflict screening, reporting, recordkeeping, budget support, and continuous improvement of firmwide compliance processes.
