Design, develop, test, and document electrical components and systems for commercial, industrial, and military applications. Use CAD/CAE and PCB layout tools to produce technical drawings, specifications, and statements of work. Coordinate manufacturing, installation, testing, and qualification activities, resolve technical issues with cross-functional teams, and support hardware bring-up, debug, and production readiness while ensuring compliance with IPC and military standards and safe operating practices.

Manage daily operational aspects of projects: develop and track program plans and schedules, coordinate engineering, production, and manufacturing, monitor materials and inventory, review engineering specs, identify and resolve issues, report status to management, and ensure compliance and confidentiality.

Program, set up, and operate HAAS multi-axis CNC machines to produce precision parts. Read blueprints and GD&T, write and edit G/M-code programs, use Mastercam, perform first article inspections, design fixtures, develop setup sheets, mentor junior machinists, and maintain machine tooling and fluids.
