Own and maintain the master production schedule for a manufacturing facility. Manage production sequencing, order prioritization, inventory policies, MRP cycles, capacity constraints, material shortages, and schedule changes. Coordinate with operations, purchasing, commercial teams, and suppliers to resolve issues and establish achievable delivery commitments. Monitor schedule adherence, on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and plan-versus-actual performance while improving planning parameters, master data, and ERP practices.

Design, develop, test, and document electrical components and systems for commercial, industrial, and military applications. Use CAD/CAE and PCB layout tools to produce technical drawings, specifications, and statements of work. Coordinate manufacturing, installation, testing, and qualification activities, resolve technical issues with cross-functional teams, and support hardware bring-up, debug, and production readiness while ensuring compliance with IPC and military standards and safe operating practices.
