Teams at Core Systems

Designs, develops, tests, and documents electrical components and systems for rugged industrial and military applications. Responsibilities include preparing technical drawings, specifications, statements of work, cost estimates, and proposals; resolving complex technical issues; coordinating manufacturing and testing; supporting hardware bring-up and debugging; and mentoring engineers. The role requires collaboration with customers, engineers, manufacturing teams, and external partners while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and requirements.

Own and maintain the master production schedule for a manufacturing facility. Manage production sequencing, order prioritization, inventory policies, MRP cycles, capacity constraints, material shortages, and schedule changes. Coordinate with operations, purchasing, commercial teams, and suppliers to resolve issues and establish achievable delivery commitments. Monitor schedule adherence, on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and plan-versus-actual performance while improving planning parameters, master data, and ERP practices.
