Drive cross-functional product development, financial ownership (P&L, forecasting, pricing), VOC and competitive intelligence, connected/AI-enabled product innovation, and executive-level portfolio reporting. Partner with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to launch and optimize products and meet global market goals.

Lead direct and dealer sales for education accounts across the US and Canada. Create strategic business plans, manage key accounts and contracts, support quoting/RFPs, collaborate cross-functionally, attend industry events, coach sales teams, track market trends, and achieve revenue and market share targets.

Sell Core Health & Fitness commercial products across a multi-state territory. Manage CRM quotes, forecasts, pipeline, and reports. Conduct product demonstrations, create floor plans, coordinate leases and order documentation, meet travel and sales quotas, and maintain customer relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Analyze supply chain data to develop statistical demand forecasts, support S&OP, and improve inventory availability. Build reports and dashboards, perform root-cause analysis of disruptions, collaborate with sales, operations, IT, and suppliers, and recommend data-driven improvements to supplier performance, cost management, and product availability.
