The Business Systems Analyst serves as a liaison between operations and technology teams, supporting Oracle EBS and related ERP systems. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, improving Distribution and Sales Order workflows, managing integrations, coordinating projects and UAT, troubleshooting production issues, writing SQL queries, supporting reporting, and partnering with vendors. The role requires ERP expertise, strong communication, analytical ability, and experience with order management, shipping, warehouse operations, and cross-functional implementations.

Owns day-to-day customer experience for strategic and hospitality accounts, managing escalated service cases, installation coordination, order and shipment follow-up, and issue resolution. Coordinates with internal teams and third-party providers, tracks commitments and work orders through completion, maintains accurate Salesforce documentation, monitors account trends, supports transitions and onboarding, and identifies process improvements. The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Leads strategy, development, commercialization, and lifecycle management for the Throwdown and Gym Rax functional training portfolios. Owns product roadmaps, portfolio performance, pricing, margins, market analysis, customer insights, business cases, and cross-functional development from concept through end of life. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, sales, marketing, service, and education teams to deliver profitable products, manage launches, improve quality, and support customer presentations and trade shows.

Manages compliance for third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers through audits, risk assessments, monitoring, documentation, training, investigations, and performance evaluation. Reviews contracts and regulatory requirements, identifies and mitigates compliance risks, investigates breaches, supports corrective actions, and collaborates with legal, procurement, compliance, and operational teams. The role also helps identify, vet, and onboard new providers while maintaining compliance records and reports.
