Supports key account inside sales representatives by entering and managing purchase orders in Oracle and Salesforce, coordinating delivery, shipping, inventory, backorders, freight, and installation cases. Responds to order inquiries, assists with customer issue escalations, maintains account spreadsheets, performs data entry, and supports team reporting and meetings. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, multitasking, customer focus, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Manages customer and technical support from pre-installation through post-installation, resolving escalated account and service issues, coordinating technicians and installers, distributing service updates, tracking CRM performance metrics, monitoring service levels, identifying product issues, and supporting training and customer requirements.

Lead product strategy, roadmaps, lifecycle management, and commercialization for assigned global fitness brands. Drive cross-functional product development, financial ownership (P&L, forecasting, pricing), VOC and competitive intelligence, connected/AI-enabled product innovation, and executive-level portfolio reporting. Partner with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to launch and optimize products and meet global market goals.

Analyze supply chain data from ERP and other systems to develop statistical demand forecasts, improve inventory availability, support S&OP/ESOP, create dashboards/reports, identify trends and root causes, and recommend data-driven process improvements across distribution and manufacturing.
