Analyzes and optimizes revenue cycle data, systems, interfaces, reporting, and chart integrity processes. The role monitors EHR, payer, coding, and financial data flows; resolves data issues; develops reconciliations, KPIs, exception reporting, and automation; supports HL7, API, and EDI integrations; and partners with IT, vendors, hospitals, and operational stakeholders on implementations and performance improvements.

Reviews medical records to assign and validate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes; audits documentation and coding accuracy; ensures compliance with CMS, federal, state, and payer requirements; educates coders; identifies documentation improvement opportunities; addresses discrepancies; and uses EHR, EMR, and coding software. The role is remote with travel for in-person meetings and events.

Lead and scale multi-site partner operations across assigned hospitals, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, compliance, and strong client relationships. Use recruitment metrics to assess performance and report outcomes to leadership. Attend conferences, conduct hospital tours, and collaborate across teams to meet clinician hiring goals.

Manage and secure the organization's data operations: administer and optimize relational databases, maintain Tableau dashboards, lead offshore DBAs/analysts, ensure HIPAA-compliant backups/recovery, support ETL/data ingestion pipelines, automate routine tasks, and collaborate with developers and data engineers to improve performance and data integrity.

Manage and optimize healthcare EDI operations across payers, clearinghouses, providers, and internal systems. Oversee ERA and EFT enrollments, payer connectivity, claim transmission, transaction monitoring, access governance, exception resolution, and electronic payment performance. Analyze claim rejections and edit trends, improve routing and automation, document procedures, support integrations, and ensure HIPAA and CMS compliance. Collaborate with revenue cycle, billing, coding, IT, vendors, and managed care teams to improve claim acceptance and reimbursement outcomes.

Sources and engages physician and advanced practice provider candidates through proactive outreach, market research, cold calling, and networking. Builds specialty and market-specific candidate pipelines, conducts initial prescreens, documents candidate information, and hands qualified leads to recruiters. Maintains recruiting records in CRM or applicant tracking systems, partners with recruiters on active searches, and supports recruitment marketing initiatives across multiple states and clinical specialties.

Senior physician leader accountable for clinical quality, physician leadership, clinician engagement, and program culture across hospital partnerships. Aligns clinical strategy with operational and partner priorities, uses performance data to drive improvements, liaises with hospital executives, develops and coaches clinical leaders, leads leader selection and succession, supervises clinical leaders, and maintains limited clinical practice with regular travel to partner sites.

Drive top-of-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying hospital and health system partnership opportunities. Execute high-volume outbound prospecting, manage CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), attend events, document discovery, and maintain pipeline governance to generate executive-level meetings and revenue-impacting opportunities.
