Senior physician leader accountable for clinical quality, physician leadership, clinician engagement, and program culture across hospital partnerships. Aligns clinical strategy with operational and partner priorities, uses performance data to drive improvements, liaises with hospital executives, develops and coaches clinical leaders, leads leader selection and succession, supervises clinical leaders, and maintains limited clinical practice with regular travel to partner sites.

Drive top-of-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying hospital and health system partnership opportunities. Execute high-volume outbound prospecting, manage CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), attend events, document discovery, and maintain pipeline governance to generate executive-level meetings and revenue-impacting opportunities.

Manage and collect accounts receivable across multiple EMR and payer systems, resolve denials, follow up with payers and patients, document collection activities, and support process improvements to maximize client revenue.
