Leads People Operations for a growing, multi-state healthcare organization. Oversees HRIS, benefits, payroll inputs, employee lifecycle processes, compliance, data governance, reporting, and operational controls. Designs and manages cross-functional People programs, employee and manager experiences, communications, and change initiatives. Supervises and develops the People Operations team while partnering with leaders, vendors, and stakeholders to improve processes, systems, service delivery, and employee outcomes.

Manage and secure the organization's data operations: administer and optimize relational databases, maintain Tableau dashboards, lead offshore DBAs/analysts, ensure HIPAA-compliant backups/recovery, support ETL/data ingestion pipelines, automate routine tasks, and collaborate with developers and data engineers to improve performance and data integrity.
