Manages enterprise SaaS customer relationships across the post-sales lifecycle, including onboarding, training, support, adoption, business reviews, success roadmaps, issue resolution, and account growth. Serves as an executive advocate and trusted advisor, coordinating internal teams, monitoring customer health, promoting product enhancements, and driving value and ROI. Requires Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay expertise and travel of approximately 15–20%.

Enrolls suppliers into a B2B payments network through proactive outreach, payment-method setup, validation, issue resolution, and system documentation. Reviews and reconciles enrollment and transaction data using Excel, conducts AML and ACH transaction monitoring, investigates potential fraud, maintains audit-ready records, and escalates risks. Collaborates cross-functionally with customer success, finance, compliance, risk, IT, and product teams while supporting training, mentoring, documentation, and process improvements.

Product Manager responsible for the strategy, design, roadmap, backlog, requirements, and ongoing improvement of procure-to-pay and core platform capabilities in a SaaS product. Partners with engineering, customers, sales, services, and support; prioritizes features, writes user stories, supports UI validation, sprint reviews, UAT, analytics, training, and product expertise. The role focuses on purchasing and accounts payable workflows for mid-market and enterprise customers.
