This is a high-impact executive leadership opportunity for a technology leader who thrives in complex environments and has a passion for modernizing platforms, scaling global teams, and building an AI-first culture and delivery model that redefines how software is created and delivered.

As the SVP, Technology - you will oversee Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, Customer Engineering, Cloud Operations, and Security. You'll lead a global organization while shaping the technology strategy that will accelerate growth, improve operational excellence, and unify a portfolio of products into a modern, scalable ecosystem.

What You'll Do

Define and Execute Technology Strategy

  • Execute the technology vision, roadmap, and investment strategy across a portfolio of SaaS products.
  • Lead platform modernization initiatives, including architecture simplification, cloud optimization, and AI-enabled product capabilities.
  • Partner with executive leadership to evaluate technology investments, product consolidation opportunities, and strategic initiatives, supported by clear, well-constructed business cases.
  • Champion a service-pack based strategy for delivering key platform enhancements and features, including agentic plug-ins, APIs, and reporting, on a predictable cadence.

Drive Engineering Excellence

  • Lead high-performing engineering, quality assurance, and DevOps organizations responsible for building, securing, and operating mission-critical SaaS solutions.
  • Establish best practices across software development, CI/CD, automated testing, release management, and engineering operations.
  • Create and lead an AI-focused culture and development delivery model that drives order-of-magnitude productivity gains, more reliable release cycles, and continuous improvements in quality and efficiency.

Scale Global Teams and Delivery

  • Lead and develop a globally distributed organization of employees and strategic technology partners.
  • Build a culture focused on accountability, execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage outsourced engineering and operations partnerships to ensure high-quality outcomes and cost-effective delivery.

Elevate Customer Experience

  • Lead Customer Engineering teams responsible for onboarding, implementation, integrations, and application support.
  • Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Operations leaders to improve customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Standardize implementation and support processes to accelerate time-to-value.
  • Ensure product delivery remains aligned to customer needs and business strategy, translating customer insight into platform priorities and measurable outcomes.

Ensure Security, Reliability, and Compliance

  • Own cloud operations, infrastructure performance, security, compliance, and business continuity.
  • Lead programs supporting PCI DSS, SOC compliance, data protection, vulnerability management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive cloud modernization through automation, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and cost optimization.

Build Organizational Capability

  • Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional technology leaders.
  • Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Own technology budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investment planning.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you will:

  • Establish clear technical ownership and accountability across every product.
  • Improve release predictability, software quality, and operational performance.
  • Reduce key-person and vendor dependency through stronger documentation, processes, and organizational design.
  • Strengthen security, compliance, and operational maturity across the portfolio.
  • Develop a technology roadmap that positions the organization for long-term growth and innovation.
  • Embed AI-assisted development practices across the organization, demonstrating order-of-magnitude productivity gains and more reliable release cycles.
  • Launch a service-pack delivery model for key platform enhancements, including agentic plug-ins, APIs, and reporting.
